𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝟯𝗗 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘀

To enhance our Bluetechfins sensor setup, we designed and 3D printed a custom mounting solution.

The goal was to create a compact, precise, and durable structure that holds all sensors in perfect alignment.Starting from a CAD model, we moved quickly into fabrication using our in-house 3D printing setup.
Layer by layer, the mount took shape exactly as planned.

The result is a sturdy, well-fitted component that simplifies installation and improves overall system stability.Its design also ensures easy maintenance and a clean, professional appearance in the field.This small hardware improvement plays a significant role in optimizing day-to-day operations.

A good reminder that practical engineering solutions often come from custom-built ideas.

Dissolved oxygen (DO) is the amount of oxygen present in water. It plays a direct role in fish respiration, feed absorption, and overall pond health. Unlike temperature or pH, oxygen can fluctuate rapidly and without warning.
