Job Summary
As a Title searcher you will order, review, and maintain titles searches from the vendor companies to determine a property title’s legal condition.
Summarizing recorded documents affecting title to property, such as mortgages, deeds, agreements, Deed of trusts and associated documents, probate, tax bills, certificates into an application for our clients. You will also examine GI matters for the affecting owners. Finally, prepare initial title commitment documentation based on the application of appropriate codes from the title code book.
Competencies Knowledge of Property Index, General Index, Liens and Encumbrances and all basics of Title Process. Should be aware about Title applications like Data Trace, Data Tree, Title Flex, Title Vision, Red Vision, Softpro, Titlescan, Titlepoint, NetrOnline.
Note: - Knowledge on Florida Full Search with application knowledge on Title Vision & Red Vision will be added advantage.
Computer Experience MS Office & Good Typing skill
Qualification Any Degree / Diploma
