SOME OF THE ISSUES IN MANUAL SYSTEM OF FEE MANAGEMENT
1. Required more time to complete the task
2. High chance of error in calculation and data handling as it requires more concentration.
3. Required skilled person for proper handling of data and report generation. If that person is absent there is no way to get the information required by management or account section.
4. It is very difficult to collect fees when there is huge crowed in front of fee counter. It will frustrate both parents and staff at fee counter.

• Dynamic Fee Head Creation.
• Club different fee heads with amounts under a fee structure and assign it to a class, multiple fee structure creation is possible. Creation of Regular, Occasional, Admission fee structures for each class is possible.
• All Student belongs to a class will have to pay Fee Structure assigned to that class. In case there are additional fee heads applicable to a student, customization of fee heads applicable can be done at student basis.
• Concession structures can be created under which heads to be included will be assigned a fixed amount or a percentage.

• Elegant late fine automation support to apply late fine to student who comes to make payment after certain days after dues is debited into their account. It can be fixed or multiple of certain amount.

• Payment Rollback, in case of Cheque Bounce or any other reason. In case of Cheque bounce, applicable charges can be imposed on student against this. All the reasons to rollback will be logged for future purpose.
