Trust isn't built in a day. Ours has been built over 25 years.
Every time a client calls us to manage a hybrid event, we feel humbled.
Not because hybrid events are difficult today—but because we remember a time when they truly were.
Twenty-five years ago, videoconferencing was still a new concept. Most people had never experienced it, and very few companies were willing to take the responsibility of executing mission-critical events using this technology.
Our clients did.
They trusted us.
Back then, there was no Zoom. No Microsoft Teams. No Google Meet. There wasn't even reliable IP connectivity.
Every event began weeks before the actual event day.
The first challenge was arranging ISDN lines from MTNL or BSNL—a process involving paperwork, approvals, endless follow-ups and often more than a month's preparation. Once the lines arrived, they had to be installed, tested and validated at every venue.
Failure wasn't an option.
There were no cloud platforms to fall back on.
Connecting just two locations was an achievement. Connecting multiple cities required expensive hardware multipoint bridges from companies like PictureTel, Polycom or LifeSize. These systems cost a fortune and demanded careful planning.
Even recording a videoconference wasn't as simple as pressing a record button. Dedicated hardware had to be configured, synchronized and monitored throughout the event.
Looking back today, it almost feels like another world.
Yet our clients placed enormous faith in us.
They trusted us to connect surgeons performing live medical workshops.
They trusted us during high-stakes virtual court proceedings.
They trusted us for product launches where hundreds of participants were watching.
They trusted us with leadership meetings, corporate training programmes and countless events where failure simply wasn't an option.
Those weren't just events.
They were moments that mattered.
And every successful programme strengthened something much more valuable than our technical expertise.
It strengthened relationships.
Today, technology has transformed everything.
A participant can join a conference from a smartphone while travelling in a taxi.
Cloud platforms have made meetings more stable, scalable and accessible than we could have imagined two decades ago.
Features that once required lakhs of rupees worth of hardware are now available with a click.
Technology has changed dramatically.
But one thing hasn't.
Our commitment to earning our clients' trust—every single event.
We don't claim to know exactly what hybrid events will look like ten years from now.
Perhaps AI will redefine audience engagement.
Perhaps holographic presentations or immersive virtual experiences will become the norm.
Whatever the future brings, our promise remains unchanged.
We will continue to learn.
We will continue to adapt.
And we will continue doing what we've done for the last 25 years—helping our clients communicate with confidence, backed by experience, preparation and a team that genuinely cares.
To every client who trusted us when videoconferencing was uncertain... and to every client who trusts us today...
Thank you.
You didn't just help us build a business.
You helped us build a legacy.
