Role Overview
Teestora Drinking Water is seeking a proactive, target-driven Sales Executive to expand our distribution footprint and drive commercial sales across retail, corporate, and hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new retail outlets, grocery stores, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, and corporate offices.
Manage daily field visits to assigned territories to secure bulk orders and distribution agreements.
Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, dealers, and institutional clients to ensure consistent repeat supply.
Monitor product availability, display positioning, and stock levels across points of sale.
Track payment collections and ensure credit terms are met within company guidelines.
Report daily visit logs, pipeline progress, and competitor pricing activities to the Sales Manager.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience: 6 months to 3 years in FMCG, beverage, or packaged goods field sales (freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may apply).
Skills: Persuasive negotiation, territory mapping, and relationship management.
Logistics: Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory for daily field travel.
Languages: Proficiency in local regional language and working knowledge of Hindi/English.
