Why does your website show Not Secure? The answer is HTTPS.

With HTTPS, the data between the browser and the website is encrypted, so nobody in the middle can read it. If a site is only on HTTP, the browser can show a Not Secure warning.

Check two things: is there a padlock in the address bar, and does http redirect to https? Many hosting plans include a free SSL certificate. You just have to turn it on.
