This incident happened On 21st Oct., 2015 at 4.05 pm at Dreams Mall, Bhandup. F.I.R. Case was Registered at the Bhandup Police station.
📌In the parking lot of Dreams Mall a silver coloured Innova MH-06 AB 8031 was following Mrs. Bhavika Dharod's car i10. There was no security in the parking lot. Nor were the cctv cameras working.
📌 And the men in the Innova were well aware about this and it seemed were used to taking advantage of this situation.
📌The car belonged to MR. SATISH MANE. He & His 3 friends were the ones following Mrs. Bhavika Dharod'
📌As Mrs. Dharod's parked her i10 and was about to get off, all of a sudden Mr. Satish mane, placed his Innova in front of Her car. She got startled. Immediately they started troubling her and abusing her with bad and derogatory words. Not only this, they began harrasing her and started hitting on her Car glasses.
📌Their intent was clearly very bad. And they were trying to do something weird and obnoxious with a lone lady.
📌Though she was horrified, she locked the car from inside. Impulsively she started crying and shouting loudly calling out for help but there was no one avaliable expect for the four horrifying strangers who clearly were there to indignify her and abuse her physically.
📌Outside the car that Mr. Satish Mane continued throwing at her very very bad comments #@@ #@ #!@@! Also
📌Mr. Mane and his men intentions were so wild and told her very bluntly that they will r**e her.
📌They tried hard to break open the car for 15 to 20 minutes. They were 4 and were pounding hard on the car to pounce on the helpless lady.
📌She was getting more and more afraid as she was losing her strength with no help and no mobile network in the Basement parking.
📌Fortunately sometime later, one parking guy came. On seeing him, Mr.Satish mane and his friends ran away but not without giving a verbal threat to Mrs. Bhavika Dharod that they would come for her and kill her and much more. He also stated revealing his identity that "I am SATISH MANE do whatever you want."

📌The parking lot guy said that this is Mr. Satish Mane's regular behaviour. And he is used to misbehaving and ill treating women. And also advised Her to flee away as he said MR. Satish Mane has his office in the same mall so they can still cause her harm.
📌On further request and after taking the parking guy into confidence he also revealed that Mr. SATISH MANE had a powerful post in KAMGHAR SENA UNION.
📌Post all the struggle when SHE finally went to the police station even the police were not ready to take F. I. R. Against him.
And it was only after HER strong will power of not letting such culprits let off so easily and constantly giving media pressure, police had no other option other den to file F. I. R. And though the incident which took arnd 4:05 pm F. I. R. Was taken at 7.45 pm.

under section ACT 504, 506, 509 & 34.
