Let's imagine that the most unpleasant thing happened. Studying the statistics in postmasters, you have noticed negative changes in reputation indicators. To remedy the situation, follow these steps:
1. Analyze your actions in the last few mailings. Go through the criteria that affect your rankings and think about what might have diminished your reputation. Have you uploaded a new list of unknown origin? Have you drastically changed the topic of the mailings (for example, you did mailings about fishing, and now you decided to do about beauty products)?
2. Examine the reports in the postmaster. Was there a large percentage of complaints and unsubscriptions in one of the last mailings? A dramatic change in the number of delivered and opened emails? If there is such a mailing list, see how it differs from the rest and why mail providers might not like it.
3. Correct any errors. If the reason is found in the list of subscribers or sent letters, correct it and do not repeat it in further mailings.
4. Write to technical support. If the drop in reputation even after the analysis remains a mystery to you, contact technical support for help. Mail providers always try to maintain good senders.
The reputation does not fall just like that, there are always reasons. To prevent this, it is enough not to commit acts that can spoil it. This applies to both the recipient database and the letters themselves. Remember that maintaining your reputation is much easier than restoring it.
