I already have had a profound experience of designing software applications and using UML for decades.

I refined my UML knowledge with UML2.5 industry standard.

■ Timing Diagrams are specialized forms of interaction diagrams.
■ Interaction Overview Diagram = Activity Diagram + Sequence Diagram.
■ Class Diagram & Sequence Diagram are drawn in parallel together for sync.
■ Package Diagrams can have relationships.
■ Aggregation & Composition are two Associarion types of relationships in Sequence Diagrams.
■ Methods can have IN / OUT / IN-OUT / RETURN
■ Besides public, private & protected, there is 1 more class visibility "friendly" in Class Diagrams.
■ Use Case has to provide value to the Actor.
■ Secondary Actors can be stereotyped as box if it isn't human and some system instead.

Know what to delete.
■ Delete with confidence (Spams, News letters & personal emails).
□ Delete carefully (FYI copies, Calendar entries).
■ Check & then delete (Data back up, Drafts).
□ Keep it. (Official, Govt & law records)

Data Privacy Awareness

Privacy is not about secrecy. It is about transparency & accountability. Ignoring data privacy obligations can result in losing people's trust.

Prepare a data privacy policy.
Avoid holding personal information. If at all handling it then strategise foolproof mechanism for privacy and protection of personal information including destruction & deidentification of that information when not needed.

NDB(Notifiable Data Breach)
■ Disclosing personal information (name, address, employer) to 3rd party in email even accidently.
■ Leaving client details in a public place.
■ Collecting different party letter from printer or fax or post.
■ Unauthorized access.
