What does it take to modernize a corporate workplace without replacing everything?
That was the challenge for a leading technology and smart infrastructure company relocating its office. The objective was to create a reliable, scalable AV environment across meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, executive cabins, townhall, cafeteria, reception and a dedicated BMS room, while retaining and reintegrating suitable existing AV assets.
Allwave delivered an end-to-end AV integration covering AV relocation, meeting room systems, wired and wireless presentation, professional audio, video conferencing, centralized Crestron control, digital signage and a 2×3 video wall. Existing displays and projection infrastructure were retained wherever suitable, while new DSPs, microphones, cameras, control systems, signal distribution and structured AV infrastructure were introduced where required.
Three design decisions made the difference:
→ Reuse existing AV assets where technically viable
→ Integrate new and legacy infrastructure into one environment
→ Design each space around its specific collaboration and operational needs
The takeaway: a workplace AV transformation doesn't always require a complete technology reset. With the right engineering and integration strategy, existing infrastructure can become part of a smarter, more scalable workplace.
