This week, we’re taking it back to one of our earlier retail experiences for Nike Flyknit, where the visual language of the product was translated into an immersive retail environment.

From dynamic thread installations and illuminated elements to layered graphics and product-focused displays, the space was designed to bring the lightness, movement and technology of Flyknit to life in-store.

A project where material, light and geometry came together to create a strong visual impact, and a reminder that great retail design is often about turning a product story into an experience.

We executed the design, manufacturing and installation of bespoke Visual Merchandising elements for Centro Grande.

From custom display fixtures and product tables to shelving, props and the signature “Made to Order” installation, each element was designed to enhance product visibility while adding character to the retail environment.

A complete design-to-ex*****on approach, bringing together creativity, craftsmanship and precision on the shop floor.

At Catalyst Design, we brought the Tata Motors Assured retail experience to life through a design approach rooted in trust, transparency, and customer-centricity.

The stores are designed to create a confident and welcoming environment for customers exploring pre-owned vehicles, combining contemporary aesthetics, intuitive spatial planning, clear visual communication, and functional consultation zones.

Every detail, from the material palette and brand integration to the customer journey within the space, was thoughtfully executed to reflect Tata Motors’ values of quality, reliability, innovation, and sustainability.

The result is a retail environment that elevates the pre-owned car buying experience, making every interaction feel as reassuring and dependable as the Tata Motors brand itself.

Bringing Nike’s 24.7 collection to life through a bold, immersive retail ex*****on.

Catalyst Design delivered the fabrication, installation, and in-store rollout, translating the campaign’s visual language into a cohesive retail environment. From illuminated product pedestals and display fixtures to apparel presentation and detailed VM elements, every touchpoint was executed to create a clean, contemporary expression of Nike’s 24.7 collection.

Behind the Build

Bringing the Adidas Hyperboost campaign to life wasn’t just about the final visual, it was about the craft and precision behind it.

The bold circular Hyperboost element was fabricated using MDF, carefully shaped and built to achieve the smooth, seamless form of the final display. Multiple fabrication processes, precise finishing, and meticulous detailing transformed the raw structure into a striking, high-impact retail installation.

From cutting and assembly to surface finishing, painting, branding, and on-site ex*****on, every stage was engineered to deliver the distinctive Hyperboost aesthetic while maintaining the strength and precision required for a retail environment.
