πΌ Role Description
Full-time Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager located on-site in Mumbai! Youβll drive sales and revenue targets for Newel Infotech, leading the sales team and developing new strategies to maximize revenue.
π Desired Competency & Experience
- π€ Techno-commercial experience (7+years).
- π Experience with Enterprise IT projects.
- βοΈ Familiar with Cloud infrastructure and managed services.
- π Experience with Security is an asset.
- π§ Strong understanding of services processes (pre-requisites, SLAs, and commercial workings).
- π Effective communication and management skills, solution and results-oriented approach.
- π οΈ Experience with large IT infrastructure projects and managed service deals.
- π Skills in MS Office, business strategy, and sales proposals.
- π Knowledge of data management solutions: Continuous Availability, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Big Data, analytics, availability, and performance management.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π Study the Indian market, map Newelβs capabilities with OEMs, and build a strategy for market success.
- π« Work with various functions within the organization to create a collaborative growth model.
- π Collaborate with OEMs to develop a strong go-to-market strategy.
- π οΈ Assist the sales team with business case/proposals, solution designs, project plans, and sales presentations.
- π§βπ« Provide training and certifications.
π Qualifications
- πΌ 7-10+ years in IT Solution Sales.
- π£οΈ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- π₯ Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- π₯ Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- π Ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
- π Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing; Master's preferred.
- π» Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
