NOTICE FOR SPECIAL WINDOW FOR RE-LODGEMENT OF TRANSFER REQUEST OF PHYSICAL SHARES
This is to inform you that as per the SEBI, vide Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated July 02, 2025, has opened a special window for re-lodgement of transfer deeds lodged prior to April 01, 2019 and rejected/returned/not attended due to deficiencies, for a period of six months from July 07, 2025 to January 06, 2026. During this period, the securities that are re-lodged for transfer shall be issued only in demat mode. Due process shall be followed for such transfer-cum demat requests.
The concerned investors are once again requested to re-lodge the transfer request of physical shares to our Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), MUFG Intime India Private Limited (Formerly known as Link Intime India Private Limited), C-101, Embassy 247, L.B.S.
