For FedEx’s international shipping flow, eKYC became a major friction point. Users struggled with unclear steps, wrong uploads, and drop-offs that slowed parcels and people alike. We stepped in with a UX audit, simplified the journey, and redesigned 40+ screens with one goal: clarity first. The result? A faster, error-free eKYC experience where users move forward with confidence and parcels never get stuck because of poor UX.
