Directi Case Study Contest 2012 WINNING TEAM is..Great Lakes, Team Fabulous Four. Congratulations Mahesh Panigrahy, Namita Joshi, Namratha Vaidya and Sanyukta Sen for a great presentation and ideation on marrying movies and internet via a financial platform!

Close on their heels were the 1st RUNNERS UP - ISB Team Beirut. Congratulations Ankit Sobti, Vismay Shah, Akshay Goel and Suranjana Sengupta for the excellent job on monetizing small-budget film cinema via the internet!

And a very well-deserved 2nd RUNNERS UP position - IIM Calcutta Team Baker Street! Congratulations Debanjan Munsi, Hemant Sankhla, and Chatrathi Vamsikrishna for taking fashion and style to the next level and letting the masses consume Bollywood fashion through their PCs/mobiles!

Wondering who comprises the jury for this year's Case Study Contest? Here's some insight...

1) Mr. Aditya Seth
Presently, a Director at Drishya Movies Pvt. Ltd, Mr. Aditya Seth is an independent short film and documentary maker with sound understanding of Theatre and Music. He has been involved in the making of several successful films and TV programs over the past 15 years.

2) Mr. Nikhil Soman
Mr. Nikhil Soman has been involved in Media and Internet related businesses since the past 15 years. Besides being the founder of Zapak and BigAdda, he has also been the VP Technology Strategy of Reliance BIG Entertainment.

3) Mr. Shashank Mehrotra
As General Manager and Business Head of BigRock - India's foremost provider of web-presence solutions - Mr. Shashank Mehrotra has great knowledge of how Internet businesses function, and what it takes to make them successful. He holds an MBA degree from INSEAD and an MS degree in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech and well over 10 years of experience in launching products and managing projects.

Out of the 10 teams that qualified for the People's Choice Award, the following 5 made it to the Jury round:
