19 years at IIJS! ❤️

We first exhibited at IIJS in 2008, and here we are in 2026, completing our 19th participation at the show.

This year, apart from demonstrating the Orbitvu Alphashot Micro V2, we spent time catching up with many of our existing customers and asking them a simple question:

“How has your experience with the machine been?”

It was wonderful to hear such positive feedback — especially about the image quality, ease of use, faster workflows and reliability of Orbitvu systems.

For us, that's what really matters. A machine isn't just about features and specifications. It's about how reliably it performs for our customers, day after day, year after year.

And yes, we received some suggestions too! 😊 Those conversations are just as important and help us understand how we can make things even better.

We first exhibited at IIJS in 2008, and it's hard to believe that 18 years have already gone by!

Over the years, we've met thousands of jewellers, made countless friends across the industry, and had the opportunity to work with so many amazing customers. It's been wonderful to see IIJS grow into Asia's largest jewellery show and we're grateful to have been a small part of that journey.

This year, we're excited to be back again—not just to showcase the latest updates from **Orbitvu** (including our new AI features), but also to catch up with old friends, meet new people, and have some great conversations.
