Jayan has had a varied career, spending 30 years in West Asia before moving back to his hometown in Punnayarkulam, Kerala. Over those years, his village naturally farmed agro products that were once the norm, had all but disappeared. He noted a shift away from organic farming and a general fall in compassion were interlinked. This made him establish a home for bulls and calves on his farm and gradually, w**d out the use of fertilizers and pesticides with a view to establish a circular economy. Over the years he has brought into practise knowledge of traditional methods of farming, processing and plastic-free packaging from not only his own family but from the villages around and combined it with technology solutions to build a sustainable model. He is an ardent supporter of a return to breeding of desi breeds - an incalculable civilization heritage. His products are Ayurveda for the body and without any artificial color, taste stabilizers or added preservatives. Jayan is a proud Goadharik jaiva krishi. We built a website for him. We are developing a full-fledged API for an electronic waiter system. The API will be integrated into https://desifirangifoods.web.app for testing purposes. This will allow clients to place, edit, cancel or repeat orders via the API. The restaurant manager will be able to see the entire order dashboard, by dishes, by timeslots, by table number, by dining-in/to-go. The restaurant manager should be able to allocate dish preparation jobs to specific chefs, reorder dish preparation priorities, enter short updates or questions received from Chefs about the orders and enter them into the system so that they are auto notified to the clients. Short, live communications between the restaurant manager and the client should be supported. Bills will be auto generated against completed orders and will be integrated with a payment gateway.
