🔔 Hiring Alert – ITI Field Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated ITI Field Engineer who can deliver efficient on-site support and ensure smooth functioning of automation and IT systems.
💼 Role: ITI Field Engineer (Field Support)
🎯 Experience: 1 – 3 years
📍 Location: Andheri (Chakala)
🔎 Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance at customer sites
• Handle system backup, modifications, and report submissions
• Troubleshoot and restore systems during faults and breakdowns
• Support shutdown and critical maintenance activities
• Manage logistics and material movement with proper documentation
• Provide PC troubleshooting and networking support
• Maintain technical documentation and reports (approx. 40% documentation work)
• Deliver remote and onsite service support for timely issue resolution
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Plan site visits as per SLAs and schedules
• Execute service projects and system migrations
• Identify opportunities for upgrades, migrations, and add-ons
✅ Skills Required:
• Knowledge of DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience in PC troubleshooting & networking
• Preventive and corrective maintenance expertise
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently in field conditions
📌 Additional Requirements:
• Willingness to travel extensively across India
• Ready to work as a Resident Site Support Engineer if required
