👉 We are building an AI-powered scheduling engine that:
- Optimises staff allocation using real-time constraints
- Predicts demand and staffing shortages
- Matches caregivers to clients based on skills and compatibility
- Continuously learns from outcomes to improve care delivery

Behind the scenes:
- Constraint-based optimisation (Google OR-Tools)
- Machine learning for predictive insights
- Matching algorithms for better care outcomes
- Real-time event-driven scheduling
- All integrated with our Laravel-based platform serving hundreds of care providers.
💻 Who We’re Looking For
- We’re looking for Python Developers / AI Engineers who want to build something meaningful and complex.
You’ll work on:
- Building a Python-based AI scheduling engine
- Designing optimisation models for real-world constraints
- Developing APIs to integrate with our Laravel platform
- Creating intelligent matching & prediction systems
- Solving real problems in healthcare workforce management
✅ Ideal Experience
- Strong Python skills (FastAPI / Flask preferred)
- Experience with optimisation (OR-Tools, heuristics, etc.)
- Exposure to ML/AI models (nice to have, not mandatory)
- Comfortable building scalable APIs & systems
- Bonus: experience in workforce, logistics, or healthcare systems
