“We don’t even write code anymore.
We are using voice commands.”

I was exploring an AI product recently.

Small company.
Funded.
Non-technical founders.

Recently, they hired some interns to build an “AI system.”

What followed was a shift from engineering to vibe coding.

They wrapped Python scripts and APIs,
added AI layers on top,
and started calling it “fully AI-powered.”

And now,

the system is completely uncontrolled.

Models are reading and sharing data freely.
No system-level checks.
No boundaries.
Whole multi-tenant database exposed.
Data flowing without control.

And the confidence?

“We don’t even write code anymore.
We are using voice commands.”

I saw the system.

And honestly,
it was concerning.

Not because of what was built,

but because of how quickly a stable system can turn into something unpredictable.

Engineering builds systems.
Vibe coding builds everything except that.

We almost leaked ~50GB of storage from a single import.

And nothing actually failed.

10,000 rows
~5 MB per row

User uploads files…
Then disappears.

• Browser closed
• Network dropped
• Session gone

Now the system has:
• files uploaded
• import incomplete
• no cleanup

Everything looks normal.

Until your storage starts filling silently.

This is where most systems break.

Not during success.
During interruption.

So we redesigned the entire flow.

Not as an import feature.
But as a tracked lifecycle.

Every import became a job.
• files staged early
• progress tracked continuously
• failures isolated
• cleanup automated
• resume supported

The shift was simple:
❌ Import is an action
✔ Import is a lifecycle

At ~50GB scale, small gaps don’t stay small.

They become system failures.

Most systems don’t fail completely.

They fail partially.

And that’s much harder to detect.

If you're building ERP, CRM, or any data-heavy system:

Ask yourself:
“What happens when the user disappears midway?”

If there’s no clear answer,
the system is not ready.

Most email tools are designed for sending emails.

Not for making decisions.

And that’s where they feel complex at enterprise level.

Because email is not just communication.

It’s where:
approvals happen
clients are handled
critical responses are drafted

Now here’s the real problem.

Most interfaces increase cognitive load exactly at the moment you need clarity.

When you are about to act, you are forced into:
compressed writing spaces that limit visibility
modal windows that break your flow
restricted navigation that blocks context

So instead of focusing on the decision, you start managing the interface.

And that’s where speed is lost.

We experienced this firsthand for years.

Simple actions like:
reviewing past conversations
cross-checking information before replying
switching between threads while drafting
became slower than they should be.

Not because the task was complex.
But because the system made it feel complex.

So we rethought the problem.
Not as an email tool.
But as a decision workspace.

The focus was simple:
keep context always visible
remove interaction friction
allow thinking and navigation in parallel

No modals
No broken context
No compressed writing space

Just a continuous environment where actions don’t interrupt thought.

Because in enterprise systems:
Speed is not typing faster.
Speed is deciding faster.

1.5 years ago, a vision took shape.

Mr. Premjeet Singh, Founder & Director of Tech-Tailor Solutions Pvt. Ltd., approached us with an ambitious yet thoughtful idea:

“Build a feature-rich, multicurrency website where customers—across India and overseas—can order bespoke clothes from the comfort of their homes, with a world-class UI/UX.”

We met Tech-Tailor through the Founder’s Club, and what started as a conversation turned into a long-term .

Here’s what Mr. Singh had to say:

“We did initial research and found Soumya in Founder’s Club. He leads Weblinear. He was quick to understand our requirement but requested time to study our benchmarking websites.
