Roles & Responsibilities
• Programming Image processing functions using available Camera/Barcode Scanner Libraries
• Oversee technology transfer activities from the development group or from vendors to manufacturing
• Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains
• Solutions, such as allocation of resources.
• Ensuring optimized implementation of the phase (stage) gate product development process, by optimizing the product development time to market, optimizing resource utilization, realizing synergy between teams and platforms.
• Identifying the criticalities/challenges in the project proactively and implementing corrective actions
Functional Skills
Should worked on C #, Dot Net Application development, SQL Server Data Base TCP/IP serial & USB communication protocol.

Capability to translate / articulate requirement into field level language for the developers.
Knowledge on electronics, camera, sensors, Architecture designing, I/O communication to configure & identify right sets of devices to facilitate end to end solution & integrate with existing & New equipment.
Knowledge on Digital printing techniques and authentication techniques to identify the compatibility to migrate from conventional to Digital & stimulate the results theoretically
and using hardware & software tool sets.
Using right kind of machine hardware‐ imaging hardware manufacturing experience
multi‐disciplinary skills spanning electronics, software, optical,
and mechanical engineering.
Knowledge on Microcontroller and PLC based embedded solutions for a variety of measurement and control applications.
Understanding of product life cycle management and R&D focus areas.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships and effectively influence all levels of business.
Ability to own the process for the particular deliverable, understanding the deliverable in great detail and all its complexity
Application development, Effective Coding skills and continuous capability building, Bench creation techniques, DBMS & Server integration knowledge, Software development for 32‐Bit and 64‐Bit Windows.
