Dear Flipkart Support Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention a technical issue I am currently experiencing on the Flipkart mobile application. I am unable to manually change the delivery pincode while browsing or placing an order. This limitation is affecting my ability to check product availability and proceed with purchases.
I contacted your customer support team via call; however, they informed me that they are unable to escalate or report app-related bugs to the concerned technical department. This has left me without any resolution pathway.
I kindly request you to look into this issue and forward it to the relevant technical team for resolution. I would appreciate it if you could acknowledge this concern and provide an estimated timeline or workaround if available.
