In the early 1990s, when PMR was still in its formative stages, Abdul Majeed PM was one of the first to join hands with the Chairman to lift the company from the ground up. He wasn’t just involved — he was invested. Long before departments and divisions were formed, it was the commitment of people like him that gave PMR its direction and stability.

Today, he serves as the Managing Director of BidBond PMR, the vertical that supports tendering and financial assurance across projects, while also holding the position of Director in all companies under the PMRCEDIFICE umbrella. With decades of experience in core construction, Abdul Majeed PM is respected for his focus, clarity in decisions, and strong operational mindset. He doesn’t complicate things — he simply ensures they get done.

And when challenges arise — especially if an employee leaves unexpectedly or a task is left incomplete — Majeed ikka steps in, without question. He doesn’t ask why it happened, he asks what can be done now. That attitude has made him one of the most dependable figures in the company’s journey.

He’s the kind of leader who observes more than he speaks, but when he acts, it’s felt across the system. His presence brings a sense of calm and accountability, and his consistency over the years has helped PMR weather every season of growth and change.

After completing his Aeronautical Engineering in Russia, Abdul Shukoor PM returned with a sharp technical foundation and a grounded vision for the future. In 2005, he joined PMR and quickly became one of the key forces behind the group’s evolution into a vertically integrated construction company. Today, he leads PMR Granites as Managing Director and serves as Director across all companies under the PMRCEdifice umbrella — including PMR Construction, Concrete, Petroleum, Infos, and more.

Recognized for his calm focus, efficiency, and hands-on leadership, he is deeply involved in both operational and strategic decisions. From government approvals to payment clearances, quarry operations to top-level planning — Shukoor ikka doesn’t delegate what matters. He handles it. And when a team member faces pressure or delays, his consistent reassurance has become part of the PMR culture:
“നിങ്ങൾ ജോലി തീർത്തോളൂ, ഇതിന്റെ കാര്യം ഞാൻ നോക്കിക്കൊള്ളാം.”
(“You just finish your work. I’ll take care of the rest.”)

He leads not through words, but through action — quietly, purposefully, and with total accountability. He is the kind of leader who prefers to stay in the background, while ensuring that the entire system runs forward without friction.

From the early stages of PMR to its present-day scale, Abdul Shukoor PM has remained a steady, reliable presence — helping shape a work culture rooted in trust, responsibility, and efficient ex*****on. His leadership style reflects the very principles that PMRCEdifice was built on.
