Mobile App ‘ECI 360’ launched for Media, Voters and Candidates
App prepared under the aegis of District Election Officer Sh. Ravi Bhagat

District Ludhiana is in continuity with the affinity with technology
Deputy Commissioner cm District Election Officer Sh. Ravi Bhagat is in continuity in the process of making people of Ludhiana linked with high technology. Under this process, a mobile app ‘ECI 360’ has been prepared under his supervision which will prove quite helpful for the Media, Voters and Candidates. This is the very first app of its type related to elections which has been approved by the Election Commission of India. It is also under process to use this app in the whole of the country.
Sh. Ravi Bhagat told the media persons that this app has been prepared by the district administration, Ludhiana for the Election Commission of India under the aegis of Chief Election Officer, Punjab. This app has been developed by 01 Synergy Group. This app is available for download on Android and I.O.S. mobile. Additional Deputy Commissioner (w) cm Additional Deputy Commissioner Ms. Apneet Riyiat and Sh. Hapreet Singh Chandok along with his teammates from 01 Synergy Group were also present on this occasion. Sh. Bhagat has made an appeal to the voters, media and candidates to download this app for its maximum use. Under this application, the followings have been added in the election process to get each and every type of information about the elections.
Who will be benefitted?
- Voter: As a voter, you can log-in using your voter card number and view your polling station (directions, photographs and assured basic facilities), list of Candidate(s) contesting from your constituency & the Election results. You can also get details for your BLO (Block level officer) RO (Returning Officer), DEO (District Election Officer) & CEO (Chief Electoral Officer).
- PWD (Person with Disability): In order to include everyone in the Electoral process, PWD (person with disability) can now request for facilities to enable them to vote, the request for additional service can be made thru the app.
- Candidate: Once the Contesting Candidate application has been accepted by the RO (Returning Officer), the access to the Candidate App will be granted accordingly.
As a contesting Candidate, you can view list of polling station in your contesting constituency, along with details of the polling booths. As a Candidate

Application for Permit for Street Corner Meeting & Loud Speaker
Application for Helicopter & Helipad
Application for Vehicle Permit (Intra District)
Permit for construction of Rostrum/Barricade
Candidate can also see the counting center and the directions for the same as well.
- Result: Any user can see the result Party Wise, All Candidates Constituency Wise & Trends Constituency Wise.
- SVEEP: (Systematic Voter's Education and Electoral Participation ) As a voter, one can see Public Awareness Educational Activities being done by district election office
- Media: As a accredited Media member, you can log-in using the Accreditation Number provided by the District Public Relation Officer (DPRO). You can view list of Constituencies in the District along with the list of Polling Stations and the Contesting Candidates (along with the affidavit). As a Media member, you will also be able to access poll percentage and election results.
- Admin: The ADMIN part of the ECI 360 Mobile App includes: Access, Control & Monitoring of the entire election process, by the stakeholders, including ECI (Election Commission of India), CEO (Chief Electoral officer), DEO (District Election officer), RO (Returning officer), Supervisor (Sector officer) & PRO (Presiding officer)
