This is a Executive Student Mobilizer position for a Training Centre (Skills development project). The Institute is based Lucknow, U.P.
Responsibilities and Duties
Mobilizing and counselling the candidates for skill development programs.
Must have bike.
Collecting and maintaining the database of the candidates.
Frequent follow-up with students and parents.
Travel to mobilize candidates in rural areas.
Organizing market campaign in the rural areas for Publicity.
Collecting and maintaining the database of the candidates.
Conducting mobilization activity in and around the mentioned location for candidates to be trained and placed in different trades/sectors.
Should have good Convincing Skills,
Should be very Energetic to go on Field
Should be very familiar with the local area.
Should be able to work for targets
Counselling candidates so that they enroll themselves in the programme and continue till end of the program.
Follow-up with candidates and parents.
Motivate the trainees for placement.
Providing daily reports on mobilization activity to Centre Manager.

Required Experience and Qualifications
12th /Graduate any stream
At least 1-2 years of mobilization experience in skill development projects.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: ₹8,000.00 to ₹15,000.00 /month
