Overall Skills:
Very good management and communication skills, Excellent Decision making power and grasping power. Who can communicate with US customers directly, market, provide solutions and solve problems. Both good technical and management skills necessary.
Technical Skills:
Web developer expert in open source software’s. Knowledge of CSS, PHP, JOOMLA, AJAX, and basic web designing skills necessary. Possibly a fresher or under 1 year exp can do this job if he/she has learning aptitude.
2. Web Designer
Technical Skills:
We are searching for a web designer who has good experience in web page designing, having good knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Flash, Dreamweaver, Div, Fireworks, and HTML/DHTML Etc.
3.Receptionist
Duties:
+Directing visitors to their destinations +Receiving Couriers, postal mails and Sorting +Answering incoming calls
+Setting appointments +Filing +Records Keeping +keyboarding/data entry and performing a variety of other office tasks, such as faxing or emailing +Reminders +Observing and reporting any unusual or suspicious persons or activities +Employee attendance report generation and present to accountant
+Marking Leaves +Ordering/Reordering Consumables such as Stationary, Coffee Powder etc.
Skills:
Good Communication skills both in English and Malayalam, Attentiveness, a well groomed appearance, initiative, loyalty, maturity, respect for confidentiality and discretion, a positive attitude and dependability.
4. Business Development Executives.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities for the Company’s creative solutions and services prepare the Business Development Plan. Increase the company’s involvement with existing client Serves as a lead facilitator both internally and externally for projects Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our Company’s services. Further develop relationships to organically grow the clients’ accounts. Build referral and lead generation network.
Understanding client requirements and draft proposals/packages to meet their specific needs the role will involve travel as well.
