Recruitment Analyst (Intern)

Location: Kerala (Remote), India

Work you’ll do

• Assisting the team in effectively planning and conducting the recruitment activities
• Critical thinking/analysis on resumes
• Build stunning resumes for our international clients & provide them with the necessary job application supports
• Conduct job market research/analysis (Especially in Europe) and prepare the clients to succeed in the job market
• Assessing clients’ needs and advising them on their job landscape.
• Accomplishing goals by working with peer teams.

Qualifications Education: Master’s Degree in Human Resource

Experience : 0 – 6 months

Skills:

• Excellent client/people management skills
• Professional/ Articulate/Concise English writing &communication skills
• Passionate about talent development
• Proficient in (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva etc.)
• Strong knowledge of the domain, Job market, and current recruiting trends
