We always follow a simple procedure in relation with . We get those laptops by sigining in of cutomer. Then we normally take a day or 2 to check the problems and then we inform the customer about the problem and the cost to fix that problem(s) and whether he/she want to service it or not. If the answer is yes then we fix problem(s) within a timespan and deliver the laptop to the customer. And if he/she doesn't want to fix it, then we just return it without any service charges. When returing, we verify the sign and delete it from our system.
