BACK-OFFICE CUM SALES EXECUTIVE: Need a smart female or male to work as Back office cm sales Executive . The candidate must be smart and fluent in Hindi, Bengali, English and should have the ability to process sales in computer. Experience in sales of Hardware and software knowledge. Knowledge in DTP software and fluent in English speaking will be an added advantage. The age range should be from 20 – 35 years.
• Work descriptions:
Prepare and ready database file in Excel sheet.
Call our own database clients for IT product sales and service.
Generate leads.
Regular mail to clients for information and quotation.
Social media coverage through offers.
Prepare report file daily.
Follow-up call list for the day.
Communicating with clients for additional work.
• Education and others: Minimum Graduation Pass (Arts, Commerce stream). Must be fluent in speaking Hindi, and Bengali. Being fluent in English will be treated as an extra advantage.
• Computer knowledge: Expert and well-known Computer Knowledge with office packages(i.e. Word, Excel), Mail, Internet. Knowledge of DTP and sales experience in IT will be an added advantage.
• Salary: INR 7,000-15,000 (Higher salary preferable to experienced and knowledge in Hardware and Software IT techniques eligible candidate only).
• Extra benefit: Additional pay on sales commission, mobile allowance.
