Job Description:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. The Executive Assistant will interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Expert-level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are important in this position.

Responsibilities:
- Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
- Organising meetings and booking meeting rooms
- Handling correspondence directed to managers
- Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
- Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently
- Producing reports and presentations
- Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems

Qualifications and skillset:
- BA or MA (Eng), BA (Journalism or Mass Communication) with preferably 2~3 years experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Excellent time management skills
- Well-developed organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Professional discretion

The expertise of Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook is a must requirement
