Zuxtra Uddyami Bangla reached Ranaghat II (Rural) as part of our ongoing Entrepreneurship Awareness Programs, where we interacted with 100+ talented small business owners determined to grow and looking for new path.
Yet, a major challenge remains. A large section of Bharat’s human resources has been deprived of access to knowledge, policy awareness, innovation and modern technology. In many ways, the mindset shaped by our colonial past still holds people back from thinking differently, taking risks and dreaming big.
Skilling is important. But reskilling is equally critical.
The global market is changing rapidly with AI-powered automation. As technology makes production faster and cheaper, traditional manufacturers and small businesses face increasing pressure to rethink how they compete, market and grow.
