Youth Computer Training Centres are setup by the Youth Services Department of the Government of West Bengal in joint venture. of West Bengal at the 32/1, B.B.D.

The Sports & Youth Services Department ( Youth Services Branch ) of Govt. of West Bengal has setup Youth Computer Training Centre all across the state of West Bengal to cater to the increasing needs of Youth of West Bengal. The proliferation of IT & ITeS industries across West Bengal is fuelling this demand. That apart, in the present day scenario basic to intermediate knowledge of computer is ess

ential in any career path. Variety of courses at Youth Computer Training Centre very aptly offers a matching course for differing needs of the students depending on their career choice. There are six month, one year and one & half year courses across different aspects of Computer Application. Youth Computer Training Centre offers Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma courses. Enrollment is open for students who have appeared for Secondary/Higher Secondary examination. Easy scalable semester-wise course modules enable students to easily move from Certificate to Diploma and to Advanced Diploma Programs. The Course fees are very competitive in fact they are pretty low at Youth Computer Training Centres and the Fees are to be paid in monthly installments. Being a Government initiative, students can be sure of getting Quality IT education at affordable Price. Certificates/Diplomas/Advanced Diplomas are awarded by the Sport & Youth Services Department ( Youth Services Branch ) of Govt. of West Bengal and are recognized by all Employment Exchanges in West Bengal and they are widely accepted in the governments, public sector and industry. Many past students from Youth Computer Training Centres are working in varied industries & organizations. The first and the most famous of the Youth Computer Training Centre was setup at the State Youth centre, Moulali, Kolkata in 1996. This very first Youth Computer Training Centre which is named as Computer Training Institute under State Youth Centre is now housed in its new premise at 89, A.J.C. Bose Road, opposite Entally market, which is a few minutes walking distance from Moulali Crossing ( Phone : 9830390004 ).
