While India actively hosts and participates in the global AI Impact Summit, we are here elated and gratified to have these budding prodigies under 25 who inspire the entire team propelling our office with relentless progress. LIFE AT SOMNETICS – Our Annual Program Day 2026 was a proud celebration of excellence, as we felicitated our deserving honorees in the presence of Mr. Nirupam Chaudhuri, Director, NASSCOM , our CEO, Mr. Shantanu Som and Director, Mr. Subrata Mukherjee. A special moment of pride as Tandra Dey received the Sanchari Das Memorial Pinnacle Award for Employee of the Year 2025.

It was a day full of activities and awards followed by a PICNIC to remember— good food, fun games, and great conversations. From celebrating achievements to relaxing together outdoors, it was a wonderful time of bonding and shared moments.
