Roles and Responsibilities
Maintenance of Accounts in Tally.
Handle account payables and receivables.
Knowledge of GST-HSN codes. Daily Accounting over TALLY ERP 9, warehouse management software
Maintain stocks and inventory follow inventoiry methods like FIFO, LIFO
Stock count and stock management level maintenance across all warehouse
Liaison with other warehouses for optimum stock levels at home warehouse and other locations
Regular calculation & payments of Statutory Dues like GST,TDS
Handling Cash & reconciling the same on daily basis .
Bank & Third Party Sales Reconciliation.
Handling Bank Related Work .
Regular Documentation.
Preparing Various MIS Reports.
Inventory Management.
Handling Trade Payables & Receivables & follow-ups over the same.
