Posted • Rashmi Bajaj: I was not certain of becoming an entrepreneur right from the start. As a child, I was always inclined towards the finer things of life. Apart from my usual schedule and school studies, I was more attracted to arts, culture, heritage and design, and always wondered how such unique things and imaginations, unconventional ideas became a reality. When I grew up, these hobbies of art & design became an integral part of my life.
In my college days, I wanted freedom along with the power to change and create something different. The aim was to create something new and unique every time, in a friendly environment very different from corporate culture. I was not made for a day job. I loved to face challenges and take them head-on and overcome them with success.
I was sceptical at first and my fear was whether I would be able to shape the dream in the way I wanted. I overcame my fear and had the support of my parents. I, as an entrepreneur, was open to learning and upgrading myself every day. I believe it gives the business a chance to be at the forefront. I never compromised with my passion, which lead to this great establishment.
I faced challenges but I had to find solutions talk to experts, seek advice and form a team that is professional, effective and delivers on time and still maintains the workflow in our organisation, I have surrounded myself with people who have skills, who understand our brand and the market and are loyal to us and consistent in providing our company with a great continuity in productivity so that we remain remembered.
Our eminent residential projects are Diamond City, Rare Earth, Swarnamani, Manikala, Identity, Ivory Tower, Nook, Ergo Brilliant (Office)and Urbana Complex.
One important message that I would love to share is that you can change society by being absolute yourself. Being an Entrepreneur can be difficult but it is always an important factor to establish a healthy, trustful relationship with the client.
