FB Keyboard SHORTCUTS:

Before using Facebook keyboard shortcuts, determine the modifier keys for your computer, which is based on what browser and operating system you are using.

1.WIN & CHROME :Alt
2.WIN & FIREFOX :Alt + shift
3.WIN & IE :ALT
4.OSX & FIREFOX:Function +Ctrl

For example, if you were using Firefox in Windows and wanted to go to the Facebook Home you could press Alt+Shift+1.

If you are using Internet Explorer, after pressing Alt+ # let go of both keys and press Enter for the shortcut to work. For example, press Alt+1 (let go) and then press Enter to open the Facebook homepage. * Also, the M to open a new message in Internet Explorer does not work, since it is the home shortcut.

M Open a new message *
? Go to the Facebook Search
1 Home (News Feed)
2 Your profile page
3 Friend requests
4 Messages
5 Notifications
6 Your Account Settings
7 Your Privacy Settings
8 Go to the page
9 View Facebook Statements and Rights agreement
0 Open Facebook help center

NB: The above shortcut keys only work with the numbers on the top of your keyboard, not the number pad.

How to make Windows programs open as full screen

By default, Windows opens it's programs in a "Normal" window size, meaning its dimensions won't fill the entire screen. While users may easily maximize the window's size by clicking the middle icon in the upper right-hand corner, many don't like having to repeat the action every time they start a program. To force Windows to open a program in full-screen mode proceed through the steps in the following section.

Right-click on any Windows shortcut and click Properties.

In the Properties window, click the Shortcut tab (as shown below).

Locate the Run: section, and then click the down arrow on the right-hand side.

In the drop-down menu that appears, choose Maximized.

Click Apply, and then OK. The program should now open in a full window.

Tech. Update

FUCHSIA _Google’s OS…. =>Smartphone OS, =>Not Based on Linux, Spotted in Images .

Google's new operating system Fuchsia first made its appearance in August last year, but at that time, very little was known about the OS. We already knew that this is the first operating system built by Google that is not based on Linux kernel, but now images showing the interface of the OS have appeared, giving us a more detailed look at what the new Fuchsia OS is going to look like.
The Funchsia OS has been leaked in images and a video, courtesy Ars Technica, and it shows how the new operating system looks like on a smartphone. It has a card-based setup designed specifically for smartphones and tablets. Kyle Bradshaw at Hotfix was the first to know that this operating system's interface will be called Armadillo.
In the images ,Armadillo is seen sporting a square-shaped card-based UI for different apps likes email etc. All apps are seen through a giant vertical scrolling list, and there's a neat notification centre that pops-up front centre, allowing you to adjust volume, brightness, set the phone on airplane mode, see profile picture, and also see the amount of battery left. You can see Google Now at the bottom of the screen as well, and tapping on it will bring up a custom-made Fuchsia OS keyboard as well.
