One single person acting as the admin can add 10 or 20 (or more) team members. Reports can be dictated through the smartphone app, or through any device through the web application. Sub-teams can be created, and access to modules can be tailored as needed. Pictures (and other files) can be added to filed reports - even from one's smartphone directly.
We've made it easy for the end-users - the teams!

The Turkish earthquake is a tragedy on an immense scale. Cybersteno is going to help in the only way it can - by offering the use of our product free for the next 3 months to the people affected by the tragedy.
We are not sure if this will be used - but it was designed for use in the community in quasi-organised scenarios, with voice (dictated) reports as the primary format of communication, and typed reports as an option, if needed.
God knows - without an organised (and easy) way of recording data, managing a disaster area is difficult.

We may have had a sub-par 2022, but hope springs eternal!

2023 should be a better year for us.

Make sure case reports are done properly, with all details in full.
Attach pictures, or videos, or audio files (confessions, declarations, etc.) - to your case reports, directly from your phone.

Someone recently asked me, "What's this 'Relink' function?"

Well, this was designed to address the rare but inevitable mis-filing of a report under the wrong client's name.
We have made it quite easy to correct this.
In the 'Reports' section, go to the report that has been mis-filed. Then click on the 'Raise Relink Request' button. Choose the client and case-file it has to be linked to, and click Submit.
A second person has to verify this request, and any person on the team with permission can do this.
The error in filing is thus corrected.

Cybersteno is meant for busy teams working closely with each other, and having a secretary at its heart.
The logics in the system are the tried-and tested ones used in any office by a secretary - and hence we recommend that after the team is registered, everything else be done via the secretary.

So how do you actually sign up for it?
Well, that’s actually quite easy.
1. Just go to www.cybersteno.com and click on ‘Sign Up’. Fill out the short ‘Team Registration’ form and submit it.
2. You will receive the confirmation email with your user-name. Use the provided link on the email to create a password for yourself.
3. Sign in to the web application.
4. Add more members through the ‘Setting’ function in the left side-bar: choose their profiles, grant permissions, and put them into sub-teams as needed.
5. Access to other modules will be possible only after making the (virtual) payment via the SUBSCRIPTION function. Remember: You have a 2-month FREE TRIAL offer. Please ensure that you use the coupon code ‘NEWUSER’

Points to note:
1. The person who creates a team is automatically given Admin rights. You can have as many Admins as you like.
2. As default, we have created three classes of users – ‘Admin’, ‘Uploader’ and ‘Steno’. New User-profiles can be created, as needed. And access permissions can be altered if necessary.
3. You can add as many users you wish in your team – even during the FREE Trial period.
4. Sub-teams can be created via the ‘Manage Team’ function.
5. We are using the Monthly Pre-paid (Pay-as-you-go) system of payment. Hence there is no risk of any money being automatically deducted. We will be adding 3-monthly and 6-monthly packs soon.
