A non existent vulnerability alert is doing rounds on the internet about Wp-Insert. Rest assured this was an issue that was fixed more than 2 years ago. The file paths mentioned in the report actually doesn’t even exist in the plugin. Be it malicious intent by some paid plugins or a honest mistake by a security expert please be assured that such a vulnerability does not exist in Wp-insert.

PS : The plugin doesn’t even use the WYSIWYG FCK Editor blamed for causing the vulnerability in the report.

Version 2.4 Sneak Peek: Unprecedented fine control over responsive ads.

1) Individually disable / enable ads on 4 different types of devices (Large Desktop, Medium Desktop, Tablet and Mobile).
2) Follows bootstrap breakpoints by default (can also be configured for custom breakpoints)
3) Custom CSS styling for each device type along with global CSS styling for advanced users.
4) Ability to set different Ad widths from the container width (100%). This will allow you to display high CPC ad blocks without relying on auto width selection from the ad provider.

Wp-Insert 2.3 is now live in the repository.

We have added in a lot of new features.

You now have unlimited number of In-Post ads, new positioning options, and two new ad types (Shortcode ads and Page Level ads) for more control over your ads.
