Your group therapy claims are getting denied. Here’s why.

Three mistakes trip up group therapy billing every time:

➡️Billing one claim for the whole session instead of separate claims per patient

➡️Copying the same documentation across every patient instead of individualizing each one

➡️Skipping justification when group and individual sessions land on the same day

Miss any of these, and the claim gets denied.

blueBriX is built to catch documentation gaps and billing conflicts before a claim goes out, not after a denial comes back.

Watch how it works.

⚽ Football, fun, and a workplace that plays as one.

Last Thursday, the blueBriX office came alive with jerseys, laughter, and plenty of team spirit as we celebrated FIFA Jersey Day.

The celebration was thoughtfully organized by ZEWA (ZH Employee Welfare Association), executed by our HR team whose initiatives continue to bring colleagues together through engaging cultural and recreational activities. From themed celebrations to employee engagement activities, ZEWA plays an important role in fostering the sense of community that makes blueBriX more than just a workplace.

FIFA Jersey Day was a great reminder that the strongest teams aren't built only through projects and deadlines—they're built through shared experiences, meaningful connections, and moments of fun that strengthen our culture.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated and to ZEWA for making the day such a memorable one. Here's to many more moments that keep our workplace vibrant, connected, and full of team spirit.

Switching between tools all day is just the norm in most healthcare operations. A different system for billing, another for referrals, another for patient tracking. The cracks slowly start creeping up.

blueBriX is built around the idea that all of this should live in one place. Less switching, fewer handoffs, and a clearer picture of what's actually happening across the operation.

𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞. 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐄𝐇𝐑?

If your system was built for fee-for-service, it's probably working against your VBC goals right now and most organizations don't realize it until the damage is already done.

Here's what an outdated EHR is quietly costing you:

➡️ Fragmented data
➡️ Missed benchmarks
➡️ Revenue leakage
➡️ Clinician burnout
➡️ Compliance risk

The cost of inaction is real. And it compounds.

Staying put isn't the safe option, it's just a slower way to fall behind while better-equipped organizations capture the incentives, talent, and contracts you're leaving on the table.

Here's what healthcare leaders need to know before it's too late 👇

In many VBC programs, the issue is not care delivery. It is revenue capture.

They are losing it because the system cannot prove it fast enough, clearly enough, or completely enough.

That is the core message of our latest video.

We break down the three biggest revenue leaks in VBC:
engagement gaps, documentation gaps, and quality reporting gaps.

And we show how blueBriX helps close them with:
➡️ automated outreach,
➡️ HCC coding support,
➡️ real-time quality capture,
➡️ and closed-loop referral management.

If you are running an ACO, managing a VBC contract, or leading care operations, this is worth a watch.

$17.4 Million. That is the average annual cost of patient misidentification and registration errors for a single healthcare facility.

In the world of Value-Based Reimbursement, you can’t afford to fly blind at the point of intake. Registration is the moment where data flows in or where the care journey breaks down.

Where does it break?

🔴 A language preference not captured
🔴 An SDOH barrier that never got flagged
🔴 A demographic typo no one caught
🔴 A duplicate record quietly fragmenting care

None of these fail at registration. They just start there.

We broke down exactly what that infrastructure looks like and what it takes to close the gap.

"The gap between discharge and recovery is where most surgical programs operate on blind faith. And under episode-based accountability models, that gap has a price tag.

Here's what that silence costs:
📉 Readmissions that drag down quality scores
📉 Missed comorbidities that lower risk-adjusted payments
📉 Delayed interventions that could have been prevented
📉 PRO data that never gets collected in time

Our latest use case breaks down how end-to-end surgical care coordination, spanning pre-op prep through post-discharge recovery, helps care teams drive better outcomes and protect financial performance.

Most care coordination programs are failing because of 5 architectural decisions that were made early and made wrong. This video walks through each one.

Here's the short version:

→ Rigid workflow templates that don't match how care is actually delivered

→ Shared task queues where no one is truly accountable

→ Patient data split across 3 different systems — assembled manually by coordinators

→ Reports that require an IT ticket and arrive 3 days later (already outdated)

→ Integration approaches that demand a full EHR replacement before anything connects

For every mistake, the video shows what the right version looks like — specifically, not theoretically.

If you're an ACO, VBC enabler, or delegated entity building or scaling a care coordination program, this is 5 minutes worth watching before your next platform decision.

How many of your high-risk patients got the right follow-up this week?

If you had to pause before answering that, you're not alone. Most care management programs can't answer it in real time either. And that gap between what the team is doing and what the platform can actually see is exactly where quality targets slip.

We just published a video that breaks down why this happens and what actually fixes it.

Here’s a clear breakdown of the six workflow decisions that separate care management programs that consistently hit their quality targets from those that don't, covering risk stratification, task routing, care gap closure, and AI that's governed by your payer contract before it acts.

It includes a real look at how Arkos Health runs 350,000+ patients across five states on blueBriX.

If you're managing an ACO, a VBC contract, or a care management team, this one is worth 5 minutes.
