AYUSH Jharkhand allegedly hacked, records of 320,000 patients leaked
A recent cybersecurity report from CloudSEK, a prominent cyber threat analysis company, has revealed a concerning breach of personally identifiable information (PII) and sensitive medical data. The breach, discovered on the dark web, is linked to the Ministry of AYUSH website for Jharkhand. The breach, attributed to a threat actor known as ‘Tanaka,’ has exposed extensive sensitive information. Notably, PII and medical diagnoses of over 320,000 patients were compromised, alongside critical data about medical practitioners.
