Roles and Responsibilities
• Dealing with international clients
• Identifying new leads.
• Bidding on various portals like UPWORK / GURU / FREELANCER and bringing up the projects for the company.
• Handling technical queries of clients and taking decisions on the basis of client communication.
• Communicate new project opportunities to existing & potential client.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with prospects and existing clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skill is a must.
• Good knowledge of IT Services and Sales and Marketing will be a bonus.
• Should possess good interpersonal skills for Account Handling and Relationship Building.
• Should be proactive and should have excellent convincing skills.
• Must have excellent written and verbal skills, IT fluency.
• Should be proficient in Proposal Writing after analyzing the client's requirements.
• Must be comfortable in emailing/chatting with client over Skype and other similar platforms.
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
Experience:
• Online Bidder: 0-2 years (Freshers are also welcome)
• Pre-Sales or Lead Generation via Online Bidding. (Freshers with Basic Knowledge are welcome)
• Tele Callers: 0-2 years (Freshers with Good Communication Skills)
Perks and Benefits
• 11 am to 8 pm (should be flexible to work in Night shift also depending upon the requirement)
• Working Days (Monday to Friday)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresher
Salary:₹ 8,000.00 - ₹ 15,000.00 per month + commission
