Many developers struggle with Git
because they don’t understand file states.
Every file in Git passes through these steps:
➑️ Untracked – Git doesn’t know the file
➑️ Modified – File changed but not staged
➑️ Staged – Approved for commit
➑️ Remote – Pushed to GitHub
Important lesson:
Git gives you control, not automation.
Nothing enters history unless you allow it.
Once you understand this model,
your Git workflow improves instantly.

On this auspicious day of Basant Panchami,
we seek the blessings of Maa Saraswati,
the mother of knowledge, wisdom, learning, music, arts, and speech.
May this festival bring clarity in thoughts,
creativity in actions, and positivity in life. 🌼✨
Wishing you and your family a joyful and peaceful Basant Panchami.

Understanding Git becomes easy once you understand its internal architecture.

Git works in four logical layers:

1️⃣ Working Directory
Where you actively edit files

2️⃣ Staging Area (Index)
Where you decide what changes are ready

3️⃣ Local Repository (.git)
Permanent project history stored locally

4️⃣ Remote Repository (GitHub)
Shared history for the entire team

Commands like "git add", "git commit", and "git push"
simply move data between these layers.

This mental model removes 90% of Git confusion.

Most developers use Git.
Very few actually understand it.

If you’ve ever:
β€’ Broken a branch
β€’ Panicked during merge conflicts
β€’ Avoided rebase because it felt risky

Then you’re not alone β€” you were just never taught Git properly.

This Git series covers Beginner β†’ Advanced with real DevOps workflows:
βœ” Clean commits & branching
βœ” Conflict resolution (without fear)
βœ” Safe history rewriting
βœ” Production-ready push strategies

No shortcuts. No theory dump.
Only what actually works in real teams.

Most people use tar and gzip daily β€”
but very few actually know the difference.

Quick check πŸ‘‡
What is the MAIN difference between `tar` and `gzip`?

This is not a trick question.
This is basic Linux knowledge that:
βœ” appears in interviews
βœ” is used in real servers
βœ” separates users from engineers
