100 Meta Leads тЙа 100 Prospects.
One of the biggest misconceptions in Meta Ads is assuming that more leads automatically mean more sales.
For a high-ticket business like real estate, the actual journey can look very different:
ЁЯУМ 100 Leads
тЖТ 55тАУ70 may become connected
тЖТ Some may be unreachable, uninterested, or have the wrong requirements
тЖТ 10тАУ25 may become qualified leads
тЖТ 5тАУ10 may schedule a site visit
тЖТ 2тАУ5 may actually visit
тЖТ 1тАУ3 may become serious prospects
тЖТ Then comes the final step: Bookings & Closures
These numbers are indicative benchmarks, not guaranteed results. Actual performance depends on location, project, pricing, offer, targeting, creative quality, lead intent and sales follow-up.
That's why measuring a Meta campaign only by CPL (Cost Per Lead) can be misleading.
A better approach is to track the complete funnel:
Lead тЖТ Connected тЖТ Qualified тЖТ Site Visit тЖТ Prospect тЖТ Booking
The real question isn't:
тЭМ тАЬHow many leads did Meta generate?тАЭ
It's:
тЬЕ тАЬHow many qualified opportunities did those leads create?тАЭ
And more importantly:
Where are you losing potential customers in the funnel?
тАв Lead quality?
тАв Contact rate?
тАв Qualification?
тАв Follow-up speed?
тАв Site-visit attendance?
тАв Nurturing?
тАв Sales conversion?
Lead generation is only the beginning.
Full-funnel optimisation is where business outcomes are created.
