We are urgently looking for candidates for "Technical Support Engineer" profile at Mr.HiTech Web Solutions, Indore.
Responsibilities :
1. Manage and resolve daily client tickets via call, email and chat.
2. Providing help and answers to the customer's technical issues through incoming & outgoing calls.
3. Manage client technical queries through Remote Desktop Connection i.e., AnyDesk
4. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
5. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
6. Grow client relations and work closely with the tech team to identify bugs.
7. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
8. Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
Requirements
1. Should have knowledge in the software industry & online Client support.
2. High customer and service orientation
3. Proven working experience in enterprise technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer.
4. At best, practical help desk or customer support experience
Skills :
1. Strong problem-solving skills
2. Excellent client-facing skills
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
