This is an HP Victus high-definition laptop that came to me in a "dead" state—it simply wouldn't turn on. Upon opening it, I discovered that the traces near the battery area had burnt out. I was hopeful that it could be fixed; however, further diagnostics revealed that the CPU is short-circuited. Consequently, this unit cannot be repaired at this stage. The customer had previously taken it to two other places; it is possible that the motherboard was damaged due to excessive or improper troubleshooting attempts by the previous technicians. Now that it has reached me—its third destination—the motherboard has shorted out completely. Since it is beyond repair, the entire motherboard will need to be replaced. Therefore, I offer a word of advice to our valued customers: take your laptop to a competent technician right from the very first instance. It is far better to get a definitive diagnosis—whether it can be repaired or not—in a single visit. This prevents the laptop from being tampered with unnecessarily and significantly increases the chances of a successful repair.

laptop has come to us from Rau. The customer wanted to change its upper panel. The strip for the upper body which was available with us was not available due to which we could not change its upper body
but the customer wanted to get it repaired. For this we repaired its hinge and fixed it by fabrication due to which the proper thing got fixed and it started opening properly and the hinge is also working properly.

This is an MSI 11SC laptop whose charger pin was damaged, but the customer was using a makeshift solution to keep it running. It worked for a few days and then suddenly stopped. We diagnosed it and found that there was an issue with the laptop's motherboard due to the faulty charger. We managed to get the laptop to power on, but the SSD is not being detected, and it requires servicing. The thermal paste has completely dried out. The laptop turns on but shuts down after a short while. We will perform a full service, apply new thermal paste (charcoal-based), and prepare it for the customer. We will also provide a new MSI Chicony 120W charger

This is a Dell 3420 i5 11th generation laptop that came from Annapurna Road Indore It was dead on arrival and wouldn't turn on After repairing the motherboard the motherboard started working but the display wasn't showing anything Upon further diagnosis it was found that the screen was also faulty. Now that the motherboard is working, we will install a new screen and pack the laptop it will then start working perfectly.
