Job Description for BDE

Generating business through Online bidding on portals like up work, , people per hour and guru.com.
Identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and clients
Excellent verbal communication especially confident in understanding American accent.
Having good communication, proven presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Should be organized, self - driven, energetic and resilient.
Understanding the technical requirements from the postings.
Preparing response, follow up clients, SRS and business collaterals, detail understanding document and responsible for researching actively for potential clients
Provide support to customers during initial phases of an engagement.
Manage the end to end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, negotiation and deal signing.
Lead generation, prospecting, market study, target geographic locations in order to make pipeline.
Good in client relationship management and try to retain them for long term basis.
