It's okay to take some time to rest your body, mind and spirit as you continue on your journey towards your ultimate destination.
~
Yes, it's important to hustle, grind and push but sometimes the best thing you can do is just sit still for a few moments, take it all in...gather your own thoughts and feelings and prepare yourself for your next battle!
~
Don't get discouraged because you are feeling tired or need a rest, that is all very much a part of the journey of life and just because you need to rest & recover doesn't mean things aren't working out or that you need to change course or give up!
~
Taking a few moments to let yourself recover and re-energize is the best way to stop yourself from burning out or getting over it after a period of time....The goal is to keep moving forward, to keep making progress over an extended period of time!
~
Rest if you must, give yourself time to heal and re-tool and re-focus then saddle back up and hit the road for the next leg of your journey.
~
Keep Believing and Keep moving forward!
