Triptrak – to monitor the movement of trucks. The reports include stop, start, travel duration, travel time, speed, no. of trips (based on geo-fencing).
Transtrak – is a special embedded electronic device provided to the transformer manufacturing and service units in order to enable them to extend transformer live, utilize transformers to their full capacity and reduce maintenance cost. It alerts users on several operating parameters of transformers such as OTI, WTI, Surge Relay, Buckholtz Rely, MOG, PRV etc. The built in GSM based alert system sends SMS messages to concerned engineers if the pre-configured parameters reach limits. This product is indeed a much awaited hands on tool.
Loadtrak – M2M Portable Weigh Pad consists of weighing pads with a readout instrument. The axle loads as well as payload is measured by simply driving over the two pads. Each weighing pad is generally a 800mm (8) x 700 mm (L) x 20 mm (H) aluminium pad. On the underside of the pad several entirely sealed thin sensors are embedded. The complete system has 2 pads and a readout indicator. Each pad is provided with handles for easy transportation. Weight of each pad will be of about 10 Kg. Capacity of each pad will be of 15Tons.
The display and print instrument
This display instrument will be able to save data such as: date, time, name, weight, comments. Such information is saved in the instrument's memory. It can then be printed directly by means of the instrument's printer or, if preferred, downloaded to a PCvia the RS232port. Software for the downloading is supplied. The instrument can be operated both with 220VAC or 12VDC. Finest reading of the scale will be of 10 Kg. Each vehicle can also be fitted with a tag. Every time that the truck is weighed the empty weights is automatically subtracted to get the net weight of product delivered. This system can operate without an operator. Reports of total mass per day/week or per truck can also be displayed by using the computer software.
M2M DG FUEL TRAK - M2M DG FuelTrack meets the requirement of real-time monitoring Fuel monitoring system (FMS). The FMS is integrated with highly accurate capacitive fuel sensor which allows the measurement of diesel in the DG tank and triggers various alarms on programmed events. Since the type of Fuel sensor used for the measuring the level is capacitance technology there are no moving parts in the construction ofthe sensor. The sensor is inbuilt with a unique learning algorithm for pilferage sensing and auto detection of DG starts /stops condition by sensing the vibration of the unit. It has a movable fl**ge for adjusting and fixing to suit the height of the tank. Communication from fuel sensor to the remote monitoring unit (RMU) is through a wireless Modbus gateway (WMG) which makes it a tamper proof solution. The fuel sensor detects the level offuel in litres and in the total percentage volume of the tank capacity. It triggers an alarm in case there is a sporadic change in the fuel level during DG running condition or change in the fuel level when the DG is not running.
