Job description
• Responsible for designing and building production class deep learning models applied to computer vision problems
• Drive the development activities in an agile manner.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers on the team
• Key contributor in developing POCs and solutions for new use cases

Required skills and experience
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Computer Vision and deep learning
• Design and development of end-to-end machine learning pipeline including data extraction, automated labeling, training of deep learning model, and deployment
• Prior experience in taking at least one solution to production from Concept to Deployment
• Good breadth and depth of knowledge in various deep learning algorithms in the field of Computer Vision
• Working knowledge in at least one of PyTorch, Caffe, MXNet, Tensorflow etc.
• Proficient in Python language
• Hands-on experience in GPU acceleration and system design skills for efficient machine learning pipeline
• Strong foundation in software engineering with top-notch skills in design patterns, code optimization and debugging
• Experience working in Linux environment and proficient in state-of-art DevOps
practices/tools
• Good knowledge of statistics relevant to Deep Learning and ability to use the right statistical measures to assess the model’s performance
• Awareness of the latest research/advances in the field and ability to apply them
• Drive to address complex problems with technical solutions that work
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Desire to work in a highly collaborative, innovative, small team
• Strong initiative, self-starter, quick learner, proactive contributor
• Excellent presentation and written / oral communication skills

Job Description:
ATAI's products help customers automate business processes in the Ports & Container Terminals and Supply Chain industries. The Business Analyst (BA) shall be responsible for bridging the business needs with the technical solution by collaborating with customer stakeholders and the engineering team. The BA is required to take ownership of the business processes through the complete life cycle of project implementation from presales solutions through deployment and rollout. Required Skills and Experience 3 to 6 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in transformation projects applying technology to improve business outcomes

· Strong skills in business process mapping, preferably using methodologies like BPM and tools like BPM Modeler
· Industry domain experience in Container Terminals / Supply Chain / Logistics is preferred
· Fluent in conversing with business / operational stakeholders and engineering teams
· Well-versed with software development methodologies and best practices

Sales Executive Job Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue potential customers or clients through various sales channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
· Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
· Builds and maintains relationships with existing and prospective clients, understands their needs, and addresses concerns effectively.
· Deliver compelling product and solution presentations to showcase their value and address client questions head-on.
· Comfortable using sales and CRM software tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports for analysis and decision-making.
· Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability for the company.
· Convert leads into sales by resolving client concerns, providing technical & commercial proposals and guiding them through the purchasing process
· Provide ongoing support to existing clients while ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, product development, and customer engineering to align efforts, leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities.
· Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
· Flexibility to adjust sales strategies and approaches based on client feedback, market trends, and changing business environments.
· Effective prioritization and organization of tasks to maximize productivity and meet goals

Education and Requirements:
· Any Graduation or Post-graduation degree
· At least five years of industry sales experience
