โข AWS Certified (Solutions Architect/Developer/Advanced Networking โ Associate/Professional)
โข 2+ years in Amazon Connect (end-to-end implementation)
โข Strong AWS stack: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Lex, Polly, Contact Lens, CloudWatch, Kinesis
โข Experience in AI-powered contact center automation
โข Telephony expertise: VoIP, SIP, PSTN, routing
โข Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or JavaScript

โข Multiple AWS Certifications (Professional or Specialty level).
โข Experience migrating from legacy platforms (Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, NICE, Five9) to Amazon Connect.
โข Strong understanding of enterprise CX/EX KPIs and how AI automation drives measurable business value.
โข Excellent communication, consulting, and client-facing delivery skills.

โข Automate workflows using Lambda, Step Functions, and API Gateway
โข Integrate with CRM/ERP systems and develop backend analytics solutions
โข Troubleshoot telephony (SIP/VoIP/PSTN) and system issues
โข Collaborate with clients, provide advisory, documentation, and training
